Grey Fergy Tractor Muster

Grey Fergy Tractor Muster - Bendemeer 2009
There were 139 Grey Fergies at Bendemeer in April 2009 - this was 5 fewer than last year but in view of the economy and the drought, it was a very good effort by the organisers and the attendees. Bare-Co was proud to support the Bendemeer Tractor Muster and has done so since the first event in 2003
Our Managing Director (Allan Bare aka. Cecil B. De Mille) put together a video of the Muster which can be downloaded from the link here:  DOWNLOAD MOVIE     Note that it is in "wmv" format and is quite large (11 Mb).

Bare-Co supported the event with a large trade display.
Part of the trade display organised by Bruce Worgan (Tamworth Branch Manager) and supported by Bare-Co Head Office.
Bill and Dean from Independent Bearings & Spares Pty Ltd (a Bare-Co dealer) were on hand to cater for sales on the day.
Interest was shown in Allan Bare's restored Triumph TR3 which uses an engine of similar design to that in the TEA 20.
The back of the restored R.H.Bare Vanguard Service Van was used as a theatrette to show some rare colour footage including Fergy tractors under constructiuon at the Banner Lane factory.

The display of Bare-Co parts suitable for Fergy tractors and the 3 restored tractors on display attracted considerable interest.

Allan Bare had a 1951 Vanguard Service Van and 1948, 1955 and narrow Fergies on display and in the procession.
The parade occupied the full length of the main street of Bendemeer giving the large crowd a close look at 139 Fergies and numerous support vehicles.
